FULLY SEALED LED TOWER LIGHTS PROVIDE
FLEXIBLE, ECONOMICAL A series of bright, pre-assembled indicator lights allowing multiple levels to be illuminated simultaneously has been introduced by Banner Engineering. The new EZ-LIGHT TL50 indicators can be ordered in one to five colors and stacked in any order to satisfy many industrial and retail applications. They are faster and easier to install than stack light kits and pre-wired with either M12 Euro-style connection or flying leads. TL50 lights are designed for use on any machinery requiring external indicators, as well as retail point-of-sale systems. Industrial applications include automotive, assembly, packaging, materials handling, pharmaceutical and semiconductor equipment. Functions that can be displayed include machine on/off, call for material or maintenance, and indication of the current process or activity. The 50 mm diameter LEDs provide highly visible status indication with long life and minimal power consumption. The gray housing prevents ambient light from causing operator confusion regarding which lights are activated. Units may be ordered in any combination or order of white, red, yellow, blue and green lights, including duplicate colors. A model with audible alarm and up to four colors is also available. They can be wired for individual or simultaneous indication. For example, a light could show both green (“operating”) and blue (“service needed”). Like other products in Banner’s EZ-LIGHT family, the TL50 is easy to mount, using a standard base and a wide variety of brackets. Indicators can be illuminated by either PNP or NPN circuits depending on wire selection. This bimodal flexibility allows OEMs to stock fewer different parts. They are sealed to IP67 rating for washdown.
